Brushing After Meals
If you’d like to go the extra mile and brush after meals, that’s fine. However, be mindful to wait 30 minutes first, especially if you had anything acidic, like soda or lemonade. You may drink water or chew sugarless gum while you wait to regain that clean, fresh feeling.
We advise against keeping your toothbrush in a closed container. Let your toothbrush dry upright in the open air. This keeps germs from growing as easily.
Toothbrushes with hard bristles can wear down the tooth enamel. Choose a brush with soft, or even extra soft, bristles to help protect your teeth.
